made-to-order products
Since our jewelry is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for this.
We recommend that you carefully check your order before placing it. Do you have any questions about a product, the sizes or personalization options?

damage or errors
Although we pay a lot of attention to quality, it is possible that a product is damaged during transport or that there is a production error. In these cases, we do accept returns or offer a replacement. The conditions for this are:
* You must notify us of the damage or error within 14 days of receipt.
* The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
* Send us an email with clear photos of the damage or error, together with your order number to ice@bobbyjewels.com.
After approval, we will send you the instructions for the return.

 

right of withdrawal
As all our jewellery is made to order, your order is not covered by the standard right of withdrawal for online purchases. This means that after purchase you are not entitled to cancel the order or return the product, unless there has been an error on our part.

 

adjustment of the jewellery
Are you not satisfied with the fit of your custom-made jewellery? In some cases we can make minor adjustments for a fee. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss the options.
